In her debut CD as a spoken word artist, Cherrie Amour takes listeners on a journey through the humor, pain, excitement and passion of her various love relationships.

“I write about love, because I’ve been in love many times and I am only now beginning to understand it,” she admits.

This project moved Amour from her behind-the-scenes work as a publicist/producer to center stage as an artist.

“I want to share my love experiences and the life lessons I’ve learned, with the hope that it will instigate some thoughts about how we as women can love in a healthy way.”

“Love’s Journey” is a collaboration with producer/drummer Raphael “Ray 7” Merriweathers of the internationally-renowned Underground Resistance.
