Workin’ for the Man LIVE by Nadir
Recently, Alter Ego artist Nadir performed his song “Workin’ for the Man” at the 2010 St. Michael’s We Care Telethon in Monroe, MI. The politically charged funk rocker felt it was critical to give his support to the hospital’s program which offers assistance to individuals with life-threatening illnesses who reside in Monroe County.
The performance features keyboardist Alesha Brown, bassist Christopher Spooner, and drummer Mia Treadwell.
“Workin’ for the Man” is the title track of Nadir’s 2008 album which features studio recordings, live tracks, and remixes. Word on the street is that Nadir and the crew are hard at work on their next release due in Spring 2010. Swing by Nadir’s website or check back here for updates.
